His 30+ record discography and published written works keynote three decades of world-tours, recorded performances, and collaborations with distinguished artists such as Stevie Wonder, Bob Weir, Frank Ocean, Aaron Neville, Wynton Marsalis, and Trombone Shorty.

A humanist born, raised, and presently residing in New Orleans, LA, Mayfield espouses a daily practice of constant reimagination in his community. His upcoming recording and live performance projects engage global thought leadership edging on the frontiers of art, media, technology and beauty.
