International Women's Day

An Afternoon of story telling and holistic wellness 

This International Women’s Day, we’re honoring the knowledge women carry — the kind
that heals, guides, and strengthens.

Hear from local women sharing stories of strength, healing, and lived experience.                                                                                                            We are delighted to include Brenda Stock as our Emcee, Tanya Paulsen, and Erin Sproule                                                                                                          of Wild Tree Wellness and special guests.

We are honored to welcome Edwina, who will speak about her journey of resilience following                                                                                             sudden blindness after a heart transplant — a story shaped by courage, adaptability, and the                                                                                            support of a community of women dedicated to holistic wellness of body, mind, and breath.

Our mission is to create a space in Fort St John where knowledge and wisdom are
exchanged, empowering women to cultivate and nurture supportive, compassionate
networks that strengthen resilience across our community. This aligns beautifully with
this year’s global theme: “Give to Gain” with the underlying intention of sharing knowledge
and giving back to the community.”
