Join our dynamic "Indigenous Perspectives" camp on June 12-14, immersing young minds in the art and culinary traditions of indigenous cultures worldwide. From hands-on art workshops exploring pottery, weaving, beadwork, and drumming to interactive culinary sessions discovering diverse flavors and techniques, this transformative camp fosters creativity and cultural appreciation. Guided by chefs and experts, participants gain insights into the cultural significance of indigenous art and cuisine. Join us for a captivating journey of exploration, artistic expression, and culinary discovery, fostering a deep connection to the vibrant tapestry of indigenous cultures.
Drop-off (8:15 AM - 8:30 AM)
Morning (8:30 AM - 11:15 AM):
- Culinary introduction: Basic understanding of indigenous ingredients.
- Guided discussions on the intersection of art and culinary traditions.
Lunch / Recess (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM):
- Educational and active activity that incorporates forms of art with movement
- Cooldown video session featuring artist Bob Ross
Afternoon (12:45 PM - 3:15 PM):
- Indigenous art workshops (pottery, weaving, beadwork, drumming).
- Hands-on activities exploring cultural significance.

Refund Policy
If your cancellation is at least 4 days or more in advance of the class/event, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 4 days in advance, you will receive a credit to attend a future class/event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
