No refunds. All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 fee per order if done over the phone. Exchanges that are done online via showpass are free. Exchanges will only be permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice of the event. No exchanges will be granted if Sudbury Performance Group is given less than 48 hours notice
