This 5-week adult workshop explores the fundamentals of improv and is designed for performers and non-performers alike! 

What You’ll Experience

Improv Fundamentals is more than an acting class — it’s training for how you show up in the world. In this class, you’ll explore foundational improv acting, including character work and storytelling while strengthening your ability to think quickly, respond with confidence, and trust your instincts in moments of spontaneity. You’ll deepen your listening, experience true collaboration, and ignite with your creativity. Get ready for:

• Proven techniques that help you "loosen up"
• Classic improv games such as: Make-A-Story, New Choice, Freeze, Film Noir, and more!
• An improvement in everyday life skills such as communication, collaboration, and listening
• A safe, judgment-free space to experiment, take risks, and laugh (a lot!)
• A supportive community of like-minded adults 

This workshop is for you if:

• You're curious about trying improv from an acting perspective
• You're a more experienced improviser needed to freshen up on your improv foundations
• You're in business and inspired to develop your public speaking & presentation skills
• You're wanting to challenge yourself to try something new!

This workshop welcomes adults (18+) of all backgrounds, comfort levels, and personalities.
