The tasting reaches its crescendo with the world-class power of the Cafaggio Cortaccio Cabernet Sauvignon (Toscana), hailing from the famed 'Golden Basin' of Panzano. The experience is perfectly anchored by an exquisite dessert wine from Anselmi (Veneto)—a visionary producer famous for rewriting the rules of the Veneto to achieve absolute quality.
