HYROX PFT: Orangetheory University District

This September, we’ll be offering our Orange HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test): A standardized, HYROX-inspired benchmark designed to help you measure your performance and track your progress as you prepare for a HYROX race.

What you need to know:

• $30 per participant 
• This is not a race simulation. It’s a benchmark workout designed to give you a consistent way to measure your fitness and progress over time.
• Your finish time can also be used as a general guideline when considering which HYROX division may be the best fit for you at a local HYROX event.

Suggested HYROX Division Guidance (minutes):

• 15:00–25:00: HYROX Pro
• 25:00–35:00: HYROX Open Single
• 30:00–40:00: HYROX Doubles
• 35:00–45:00: HYROX Relay

Event Format:

• Station 1: 0.65 Mile Tread @ 2% (for PW, joggers, and runners)
• Station 2: Bodyweight Burpee Broad Jump over Floor Max x 50 total
• Station 3: Bodyweight Alternating Forward Lunge x 100 Total
• Station 4: 1000m Row
• Station 5: Bodyweight Hand Release Push-up x 30
• Station 6: Dumbbell Neutral Grip Thruster x 100
• Weight Recs:
• Men: 15lb Dumbbell
• Women: 10lb Dumbbell
