Description

Step into the story behind the poses you practice.

Join Crystal Borrelli for a unique yoga experience that explores the mythology, meaning, and embodiment of Warrior I, II, and III. A third-generation yogi, author, and international teacher, Crystal brings a depth of knowledge that bridges traditional teachings with lived, embodied practice.

Raised off-grid on a remote island along the West Coast, Crystal’s connection to nature and storytelling shapes how she shares yoga. Through her work leading teacher trainings around the world and authoring Within the Divine Realm, she invites students into a deeper relationship with the origins of the practice.

In this class, you will explore the story of the warriors as rooted in yogic mythology, including the role of Shiva and the deeper symbolism behind these widely practiced postures. Rather than moving through shapes alone, participants are guided to understand the energy each pose represents and how it can be expressed through the body.

The experience weaves together storytelling and movement, offering space to both learn and embody. With a Vinyasa-style flow, you will move through Warrior I, II, and III with greater awareness, connecting physical form with intention and meaning.

This class is open to all levels, with some familiarity in Vinyasa yoga recommended.
