Hooked on Local celebrates the chefs, seafood, and musicians that make our region special. Enjoy an evening of the freshest local seafood prepared by talented local chefs, alongside live music in a relaxing atmosphere. It is a true taste of our coast and a showcase of everything we love about local food and talent.

This event features live music by Those Beautiful Ugly Sticks and The Salt Beef Junkies!

 

LAST YEAR’S MENU

• Marinated Salmon Salad with seaweed pimento salad puffed rice stone ground mustard dill sauce

• Mexican Shrimp Cocktail with avocado crema and chipotle sweet chili sauce

• Pan Seared Cod, on spicy jambalaya with sausage, chicken, shrimp and rice

• Moroccan-Style Mussels with tomato, harissa, garlic, preserved lemon, marinated chickpeas and sourdough croutons

• Smoked Halibut Thai coconut curry taco

• Local Scallops with spring pea puree, prosciutto crumb, pickled carrot ribbons, and red wine jus

• Carrot Cake with whipped cream salted caramel and candy nut dust

 

Please note: Though you are not required to purchase a specific amount of tickets, regardless of the number purchased, seating arrangements will be made in groups of 10 per table. The Songs, Stages and Seafood Festival reserve the right to determine where you will be seated.
