HOMESCHOOL WINTER TERM AGES 4-9

A message from Sue:

The Homeschool Program at the Grindstone this year will be based on developing an understanding two key elements of a successful theatre artist: creating your own work and learning about the role of the ensemble in theatre. In this program, we will work through multiple instances in theatre where ensemble is key to success (including scene work, monologues that we will create ourselves, and maybe even something fun like a musical number or two!)

How we will structure this term:

• The first term focussed on building skills and creating an ensemble. In the second term we will be putting those skills into practice!
• Any prop/costume needs will be discussed further at a later time

(Meaning the finalized production will not be as large scale as last year)

 

Classes:

MONDAYS 10AM - 12PM

January 13th - March 16th (Performance on: March 23rd)

No Class on:

February 17th
