Join Sheniz Wilkie, former Owner of Noorish Conscious Eatery and pioneer of the plant-based food scene in Edmonton, as she shares some of their tried and tested secret holiday recipes from the restaurant including a scrumptious egg nog, the famous miso mushroom gravy, roasted butternut squash boats loaded with truffle mushroom stuffing.
This hour will include a tasting of four recipes, tons of tips on how to make the holidays inclusive for all eaters and Sheniz will share her top 10 eco-holiday hacks to make things lighter on the pocket-book and the environment. Take away copies of recipes and new inspiration for a more sustainable and inclusive holiday season.
