Step into a day filled with colour, music, laughter, and togetherness. Holi – Festival of Colours YYC is a vibrant outdoor celebration where people come together to throw colours, dance, connect, and celebrate life in a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.

Designed as a dry Festival of Colours, this event allows guests of all ages to participate comfortably. Whether you choose to play with colours, dance to the music, enjoy delicious food, or take in the festive energy, there’s something for everyone.

Wear white or light-coloured clothing if you plan to participate in colour play, or come dressed comfortably and enjoy the celebration colour-free. Participation is always your choice.

• This is a family-friendly, outdoor event. Attendance and participation are at your own discretion and risk.

• Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Only event-approved, organic dry colours are permitted.

• Guests with allergies, asthma, skin sensitivities, or health concerns should take appropriate precautions.

• The organizers are not responsible for damage to clothing, footwear, accessories, phones, or personal belongings.

• Programming or timing may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Photography and videography will take place at the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

• Things to remember:

  ⭐ No outside colours, water guns, liquids, sprays, or substances are permitted inside the event area.

  ⭐ Re-entry is not guaranteed once you exit the event premises.

  ⭐ No liability for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

  ⭐ Event schedule, performers, and activities are subject to change without prior notice. 

  ⭐ No pets allowed

• Strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility aids are welcome, but guests must exercise caution in crowded areas.

• By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to participation in the event and activities.

• Event staff and volunteers may conduct visual bag checks for safety and prohibited items.

• Food vendors operate independently; the organizers are not responsible for food quality, allergens, or individual vendor practices.

• Colour residue may remain on skin, hair, or clothing after the event.

•  Weather Policy: This is a rain-or-shine event. In the event the event is cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions beyond the organizers’ control, tickets will remain non-refundable.
