Join us for *the third annual* History Uncovered, a time-traveling burlesque show 📖 ✨

This wild romp through history is a way to re-write the stories we've been told. Through burlesque, this show will explore, mess with, and flip upside down tales about both historical and future figures (real or imagined!).

Equal parts personal and political, silly and serious, jaw-dropping and jovial, History Uncovered will be a space to consider what kind of world we want to co-create.

Doors open at 7:00 pm and the show will begin at 8:00 pm.

Tipping is encouraged - cash or credit card (Square reader will be available!)

Seating for this event will be in three sections in a semi-circle around the stage.

📖VIP: a front row seat for the magic.

📖General Admission: first come, first served seating, including both chairs and high-top bar seating. 

If you're planning to come with a group, please ensure early arrival to save your group of seats, especially if you'd like a high-top table. 

 

ABOUT THE BEAUMONT STUDIOS:

The Beaumont Studios' B2 Gallery is a beautiful, large event space with a full bar, accessible and gender neutral washrooms, and a raised stage. The entrance to this space is on West 5th Avenue and is at street level. All parts of this event are also at street level and the space has large hallways to move around. Performers at this show will be coming through the aisles as well as performing on the stage. The host will use a microphone. No strobe lighting will be used. 

The Beaumont is located two blocks from the Olympic Village SkyTrain station and four blocks from the 84 bus stop at Columbia and West 2nd. There is street parking for vehicles and bikes throughout the neighbourhood, which includes several breweries and restaurants, particularly along 2nd, 4th, and 5th.
