Hinterwood is an indie rock band from Kingston, Ontario. Formed in 2018, Hinterwood began releasing singles “Whiplash” and “Flamingo” through the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Between lockdowns, they released their self-titled EP in November 2020 and recorded their debut album, Pavlova, which was released in October 2021. Max (guitar), Jonah (drums), Sadie (vocals), Adam (guitar) and Josiah (bass) bring an energetic live show, playing upbeat rock n’ roll for driving with the windows down and dancing your heart out. With sold-out shows across Ontario under their belt, they look forward to their East Coast tour in the summer of 2022.

Burry (they/them) blends elements of indie, rock, and pop together to create lyrically-colourful music performed with an unforgettable stage presence. Burry has dealt with subjects such as mental health and being openly queer in the music industry. They strive to use their platform to amplify voices of marginalized communities in and out of the music industry.
