Description

Food & Services Vendor Booth: Be part of Heritage Sounds Music Festival and showcase your brand or food offerings to festival audiences across three days of music, culture, and celebration.

Make sure you have read the requirements below before buying a vendor booth. By going ahead with the buying process and making a payment for buying a vendor booth, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read and agree with the requirements.

1. The purchase of a booth includes access for 3 days: Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 of the festival.

2. Tent Size: 10′ x 10′

3. Items Provided: 1 Table + 2 Chairs

4. All food vendors will need to submit a Special Event Application Permit to Brampton By-law for participation

5. All food vendors must comply with the requirements of Peel Health Guidelines For Food Safety.

6. All food vendors must have the following:

  • Peel Health Department Registration by completing Peel Health Special Event Application.
  • Mobile Refreshment Licence from City of Brampton (For Food Trucks Only). For more information and to apply: City of Brampton Refreshment Vehicle Licensing
  • Certificate of Insurance with liability coverage of $5 Million, and the City of Brampton and Canadian Multicultural Heritage Council listed as an ‘Additional Named Insured’. Heritage Sounds Music Festival must receive a copy of this insurance policy no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
  • A hand wash station as required by Peel Health Guidelines For Food Safety.

7. All goods & service vendors must have the Certificate of Insurance with liability coverage of $2 Million, and the City of Brampton and Canadian Multicultural Heritage Council listed as an ‘Additional Named Insured’. Heritage Sounds Music Festival must receive a copy of this insurance policy no later than 2 weeks before the event date.

8. Any vendor that uses fire, gas, etc. during the Festival must bring a fire extinguisher. Refer: City of Brampton | Fire and Emergency Services | Fire & Emergency Services

9. Vendors are responsible for bringing small power generators which can be rented for a reasonable fee from Home Depot for the weekend. If its Gage Park location then power may be supplied.

10. All vendors must bring a garbage receptacle and waste water container where needed for their booth – your staff will be expected to keep it emptied.

11. Any vendor leaving garbage or any kind of waste behind will be charged $200 clean-up fee. Advance deposit will be required on the day of event.

12. All attendance figures are based on previous years and are for reference only. The organizers do not guarantee any specific footfall or sales.

13. All vendor fees are non-refundable, including in the event of inclement weather, reduced attendance, or event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.

14. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their participation in the festival.

Heritage Sounds Music Festival 2026 will be a four-day musical extravaganza taking place in Brampton from August 6 to 9, 2026. Now in its 11th year, Heritage Sounds has evolved into one of the largest South Asian Music Festivals in North America.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the event will proceed rain or shine, and no refunds will be provided due to weather conditions, artist changes, or scheduling adjustments.
