Important Additional Information

Event Access: Guests can come for the first film, or during the intermission for the second film. Please have your Showpass tickets ready. When you arrive at Heritage Park you will be greeted by our security. Guests who have already have their Showpass tickets will be directed to the entrance of Lot B, where your tickets will be scanned upon entry. Any guests who need to purchase tickets upon arrival, will be directed to Lot D, where they are able purchase tickets and then be directed to the entrance of Lot B. When you enter the lot, please drive to your designated spot. Your row and spot are marked at the top of your ticket, indicated by ‘R#S#’ in the ‘Row Section’.

Event Details: At 8:30 p.m., parking lot B will open, and guests enter to park in the spot they purchased. at 8:30 p.m., concessions open in Heritage Plaza. At 9 p.m.,  the first feature film will begin. At the end of the first film, there will be a 20 minute intermission, and guests can leave, come for the second movie or grab concessions. At the end of the intermission, the second film will begin. Concessions will close at 11:15 p.m. When the second movie finishes, the event ends, and guests will exit the parking lot.

Purchasing a Parking Spot: When guests go to Showpass and click ‘Get Tickets’, they will be taken to a parking map, where they can choose their parking spot. The VIP section (rows one and two) are valid for any vehicle type. Rows three, four and five are valid for cars only. Rows six, seven and eight are valid for SUVs only. Rows nine, 10 and 11 are valid for trucks and other large vehicles only.

Trucks and Other Large Vehicles Outside of Designated Rows: Any trucks or other large vehicles parked outside of their designated rows (VIP rows one and two; Rows nine, 10 and 11 for trucks and other large vehicles only) may be asked to move. Any trucks or other large vehicles who don’t move to their designated row may be asked to forfeit their spot.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future event.
