 Know Before You Go

• Event Access: 
• Once Upon a Christmas Access: Once guests have arrived to the Park, they can go to the front gates of the Historical Village. There will be a line for those who have the Once Upon a Christmas and Holiday Train Experience tickets. As you’re a member, please have your Membership card and Holiday Train ticket ready - our gate staff will scan them, and then you can enter the Historical Village to enjoy the event.
• Holiday Train Experience Access: Once you enter Once Upon a Christmas, the boarding time for your designated train ride will be 10 minutes before the train ride time. Please arrive to Midnapore Station at least 10 mins prior to your train ride time. If you have the 10 a.m. train ride, please arrive to Heritage Park and be at the front gates for 9:30 a.m. – our staff will allow you to enter the Village and head straight to Midnapore Station for your train ride. Once you arrive to Midnapore Station, our staff will direct you to line up for your train ride.
• Parking: Paid parking is available in Heritage Park’s front lots. Members park for free! The Park Plus Zone number of the front lots is 8320. Click here for more information.
• Getting to Heritage Park: There are plenty of ways to get to the Park, whether that be on foot, via transit, or driving. Click here to find the way that works for you!
• Accessible Shuttle Bus: An accessible shuttle bus is available to transport guests with limited mobility. Just ask one of our friendly staff and they will ensure the bus transports you.
• Fair Entry Fee Assistance Program: Fair Entry Fee Assistance tickets are valid for Once Upon a Christmas regular admission only. Important Train Ride Information

• Holiday Train Experience Access: Once you enter Once Upon a Christmas, the boarding time for your designated train ride will be 10 minutes before the train ride time. Please arrive to Midnapore Station at least 10 mins prior to your train ride time. If you have the 10 a.m. train ride, please arrive to Heritage Park and be at the front gates for 9:30 a.m. – our staff will allow you to enter the Village and head straight to Midnapore Station for your train ride. Once you arrive to Midnapore Station, our staff will direct you to line up for your train ride.
• Guests with 10 a.m. Train Ride Time Should be at Front Gates at 9:30 a.m.:  If you’re booked for the 10 a.m. train ride, please be at the front gates by 9:30 a.m. when they open. our staff will allow you to enter the Village and head straight to Midnapore Station for your train ride. Once you arrive to Midnapore Station, our staff will direct you to line up for your train ride.
• Weather policy: For everyone’s comfort and safety, Holiday Train rides will be cancelled if temperatures reach –20°C (with or without wind chill). If that happens, your ticket will still be valid for entry to Once Upon a Christmas, but refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.
• Refunds: All tickets are final sale, regardless of weather.
• What to wear: Please bundle up and dress for the weather — the train cars have limited heating, and we want you to stay cozy while you enjoy the ride!
• Arrive at the Park One Hour Before Your Train Ride: To ensure you board the train on time, please arrive at Heritage Park at least one hour before your scheduled train ride departure.
• Arrive at the Train Station 10 Minutes Before Your Train Ride: Once you enter the Historical Village, the walk from the front gate to the boarding area at the train station takes about 15 minutes. To ensure you have enough time to board, please arrive at Midnapore Station 10 minutes before your train ride departure time.
• Strollers: Strollers can’t come aboard the train, but don’t worry—there’s a designated storage area at Midnapore Station. The train will return to Midnapore Station at the end of your ride, so you can easily pick up your stroller afterward.
• Minors Must Ride With an Adult: All kids and teens (0-17 years old) must ride the train with an adult (18+ years old).
• Accessible Shuttle Bus: Once you enter through the front gate, we have shuttle buses available to help guests with wheelchairs or mobility challenges get around the Park easily. Just ask one of our friendly staff members and they will ensure the bus transports you!
• Train Accessibility: Please note that the railcars used during the Holiday Train Experience are not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at Midnapore Station, but there aren’t any on board the train.
• Length of Train Ride: The ride lasts about 10-15 minutes, taking you on two magical loops around the Park!
• Friendly Conductors Ready to Assist: Our friendly uniformed conductors are here to help you board and disembark the train safely.
