Thank you for an incredible 2025!

I couldn’t let this year end without celebrating the magic of HEATED RIVALRY.

Watching this little Canadian gay hockey show ignite this much joy, connection, and community at the end of the year has been pretty special.

So we’re keeping the energy going!

On February 21, Detour is bringing you HEATED! A night celebrating queer joy, gay hockey, and the power of coming together.

Expect big energy, playful competition, and a HOT BUTT competition hosted by local legend Karla Marx, featuring some of Calgary’s hottest LGBTQ hockey players, with DJ Lively Blake and GreyCell on the decks at Dickens.

Tickets go on sale January 4 at noon.

This will be our first party of 2026, and we’re starting the year loud, proud, and very hot!
