Music Without Borders & Victoria Guitar Society present Orontes Guitarists ad Guests– a concert of guitar music in support of the victims of the earthquake disaster in Syria. Victoria audiences will remember the moving tribute – Syrian Encounter – that told the story of a remarkable guitar quartet from Damascus that escaped the ravages of war to call Canada their home. Now Orontes and Victoria guitarists come together to assist victims of  a deadly earthquake. Please join Gaby Albotros, Orwa Alsharaa, Mohammad Mir Mahmoud, Amir Alrishan with former VCM students Morgan Sheeley, Adrian Chen, Simon Farintosh and Dr. Alexander Dunn in sharing our hearts and music in support of Syria - a country whose spirit cannot be defeated!
