Description
Get ready for round two, Canada! Hunter Brothers are hitting the road for the second leg of their highly anticipated Homegrown Nights 2025 Tour, bringing their signature harmonies, heartfelt storytelling, and high-energy performances to more fans across the region. With a lineup of exciting tour dates already announced - and more to come - this is your chance to experience one of Canada's top country acts live and up close.
Hailing from Saskatchewan, the five brothers - J.J., Dusty, Luke, Brock, and Ty - are not only acclaimed musicians but also deeply rooted farmers, hockey players, and community leaders. Over the years, they've racked up over 90 million streams and become known for their dynamic stage presence, chart-topping singles, and heartfelt connection with many sold-out audiences across the country.
Opening act: Shantaia
Shantaia is a three-time SCMA award-winning artist and songwriter originally from Spiritwood, Saskatchewan, now based in Nashville. With powerhouse vocals and a magnetic stage presence, Shantaia—much like her name—is unforgettable. She’s opened for major acts including Kane Brown, Midland, Lonestar, and Chris Lane, and has shared festival stages with artists such as Tyler Childers, Hailey Whitters, and more.
She’s become a staple at top Canadian festivals, having performed on the main stages of Cavendish Beach Music Festival, Boots and Hearts, Dauphin’s Countryfest, Country Thunder Sask, Calgary Stampede, and NXNE. After being crowned the Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase Winner, she released her single “What I Wouldn’t Do” via Universal Music Canada in 2024. The song, co-written with longtime collaborator Ryan Sorestad and Grammy-nominated producer Curt Chambers, marked a smoldering sonic shift and continued to establish Shantaia as one of country’s freshest rising voices.
Expanding her reach across the U.S., Shantaia has taken the stage at AmericanaFest, Key West Songwriters Festival, CMT Next Women x Song Suffragettes, and opened for John Mayer at the She Rocks Awards x NAMM in Anaheim this past January.
Following the January release of her single “Faster Horses,” Shantaia was featured on Canadian country group Hunter Brothers’ latest track, “Better Days,” and is currently touring with them across Canada on the Better Days Tour. This momentum follows her acclaimed concept album Exes and Friends, which earned Country Album of the Year at the 2024 SCMA Awards and has surpassed 5 million global streams. The album includes her Top 35 radio single “Broke to Brand New,” which peaked at #33 on the Mediabase Canadian Country Charts.
