HARD WEST

Hello everyone and congratulations on keeping (most) of your mental sanity throughout the last year and a half of lockdowns, distancing, and the all around madness it has been! I know we are all itching to get back into the music and get back together. This being said, Welcome to Hard West and thank you for being a supporter! We are throwing this event for the LOVE of the music. If you choose to support this event by purchasing a ticket you are not only supporting the artists and organizers but you are supporting the music scene as a whole! We seriously hope you can agree with us and decide to support!

 This event is "BYOE" (Bring your own everything) Including but not limited to: Sleeping supplies, Cooking supplies, All Weather Clothing (this show will go on regardless of climate pending an AOG (Act of God), Beverages, WATER, Food, Games, ETC. Do NOT come if you have any Flu like Symptoms, fever, nausea, Etc.

PARTY HARD, PARTY SAFE, USE COMMON SENSE.

SAFETY WARNING: Guests are responsible for their own safety at the event. There will be first aid and medical volunteers onsite with limited medical resources and operating at limited times (approximately 4pm each day until approximately 1am). Volunteers will provide basic first aid and can provide recommendations on whether guests require advanced medical care. Guests requiring medical assistance outside of medical tent operating hours or needing advanced medical care will be directed to, or assisted via ambulance, to a hospital. This event is located about 30 minutes away from the nearest hospital.

What about the Restrictions/Pandemic?

• If the restrictions continue to ease as planned (See Alberta Re-Opening Plan) Then we will continue forward with the event. Please keep an eye out on our socials for all updates, news, ETC!
• We will be doing our due diligence as amazing hosts to make sure everyone feels safe. If you need anything in regards to masks or hand sanitizer please feel free to ask one of our awesome team members!

What passes do I need?

• Your Weekend pass (Super Early, Early or GA) includes admission to the eventl for all three days. The weekend pass includes ONE camping pass. It is non refundable and its what you'll need to stay on the premises. One camping pass covers yourself, 1 tent, one RV (Under 40 Feet) and one car. (Please Carpool if at all possible to keep traffic down.)
• Your Day pass gets you admission to the event for the one day you purchased it for.
• THERE ARE NO TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT.

• The biggest electronic music event post pandemic.
• Some of the friendliest faces you'll ever meet.
• An expertly curated lineup to keep you on your toes at all hours.

What can you do to make the Hosts lives easier?

• Clean Up after yourself! (Garbage Bags Included at Entrance)
• Abide by all rules and follow all staff member directions.
• Enjoy yourself!

What's the music schedule look like?

As we get closer to the event artists and vendors will be announced. The LIVE part of the days for music are as follows.

• Friday 7PM - 2AM
• Saturday 2PM - 2AM
• Sunday 2PM - 2AM

Sunday will be a travel day for most, if you decide to stay we will still be partying!

What's the venue?

BoomBox Farms is a premier event center nestled on 3 acres of land, located very close to Wimborne, AB (roughly 45 minutes SouthEast of Red Deer, and about 80 minutes NorthEast of Calgary). The site has a large parking lot to accommodate parking and camping for all of your guests. The building is a 30x50 sheltered tent boasting a booming in-house 6000-watt sound system and a plethora of moving spotlights and beams, a very high powered laser scans the crowd, with a haze machine and disco ball to add some extra "OOMF". Once the sun goes down, the building glows from the outside and the music gets louder, this will certainly be a site to be seen.

GATES WILL BE OPEN FOR TICKET COLLECTION BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4PM-10PM FRIDAY EVENING, 4PM-10PM SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY SO THAT THE HOSTS CAN GET YOU SORTED.
