Get the flat out facts about wild Pacific halibut, one of the most popular fish in the Pacific North West! Wild Pacific halibut’s distinctive taste and texture, and selection of product forms provide great versatility and endless opportunities in the kitchen. Watch our chefs break down a whole halibut and demonstrate a variety of delectable dishes that will be served as your lunch menu. And you’ll be provided with the recipes to create these dishes at home. Now that’s a flat out fantastic way to kick-off this year’s Seafood Festival!

 

Parking: There is no parking on site. Please consider car pooling, biking, and be mindful of parking in the neighborhood (don’t block driveways or park close to corners). Physically challenged parking available at the West side entrance.

• As per local regulations masks are now encouraged but not mandatory. Please sanitize your hands frequently and maintain social distancing at all times.
