GSS x UBC Career Centre: Resume Writing Workshop

Looking to spruce up your resume? Feel like your CV needs to be refreshed? The GSS is collaborating with the UBC Career Centre to offer an in-person resume session focused on best practices and hands-on workshopping. Don't forget to bring your resume!

The first part of the session will be a brief presentation led by facilitators on how to write a good resume. The second part of the session will involve breakout, peer-to-peer feedback on your resumes and working directly with graduate career advisors.

DATE: Thursday, February 12th, 2026

TIME: 5:30-7:00pm PST

LOCATION: Leon's Lounge, Room 305 (Thea Koerner House)

NOTES:

• Attendees should bring a printed copy of their own resume.
• Registration is limited in order to accommodate a classroom setting. Please be mindful to only sign up if you are sure to attend.
