🕺 The awards ceremony is seated and the rest of the event is reception-style with a mix of standing and seated tables. If you have accessibility concerns please reach out to events@gss.ubc.ca

👥 Non-Grad Students are defined as UBC staff, faculty, or partners/spouses of UBC Graduate Students.
💰 Refunds will not be processed after April 3rd . Transfers are permitted. Showpass fees are non-refundable if a refund is requested.
