Lakeside grilling, fresh air, and an evening to savour.

Chef Erin Stone, founder of Molly’s Meals, brings her globally influenced, ingredient-driven approach to the grill for this intimate lakeside BBQ experience at Alta Lake. Originally from Whanganui, New Zealand, Erin’s journey through Whistler’s most loved kitchens, including Elements, Stonesedge, North Arm Farm, The Raven Room, and Lucia Gelato, has shaped a style that is both vibrant and deeply grounded in connection.

Set on the outdoor deck of the Station House, this four-course experience unfolds over open flame on the bbq, where each dish is prepared in real time. Erin’s passion for bringing people together through food is present in every detail, from the thoughtful composition of each course to the way she shares insights into her techniques and inspirations as she cooks.

Guests are invited to engage as much or as little as they like, whether that means learning something new at the grill or simply settling into the rhythm of the evening. Paired with a selection of wine or carefully crafted non-alcoholic cocktails, the experience balances refinement with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

As the light softens over the lake and the fire carries the evening forward, this gathering offers a space to slow down, connect, and savour.

An intimate lakeside cabin set among evergreens, with outdoor seating and serene water and mountain views. Relaxed and personal, with a fully outdoor experience when weather allows.
Accessible by foot or bike only (45–60 min from Village). Limited nearby parking. Dress for changing weather.
