GradStart Afterparty at Koerner's Pub

Hey UBC Grad Students! 🌟

Mark your calendars for a fantastic evening of fun, food, and friends at Koerner's Pub on Thursday, September 3, from 6:00pm-9:00pm. We’ve booked out the entire bar just for you, so come and enjoy a night of mingling and merriment exclusively for UBC grad students!

Here’s what you need to know:

🎟️ Tickets:

• Drink Ticket (wine, beer, or highballs only)
• Burger Ticket (each burger ticket includes one ticket to the sides buffet)
• Veggie Burger Ticket (each burger ticket includes one ticket to the sides buffet)

Tickets can be purchased online only. Remember, food tickets are limited to two per person, as are drink tickets, and drinks can be collected at the bar.

📅 Pre-purchase your tickets to guarantee food and to avoid the wait! Online ticket sales will close one week before the event.

🕕 Event Details:

• 6:00pm-9:00pm: Enjoy the exclusive booking of Koerner's Pub.
• This event is restricted to those 19 years and older. IDs and pre-purchased tickets will be checked at the door, and IDs must be presented to collect drinks at the bar.
• Food and drink tickets will be distributed upon entry.
• Pre-purchased food will be handed out by GSS representatives as attendees arrive.

🚶‍♂️Day-of Details:

• If you don’t have a pre-purchased ticket, you’re still welcome to join us. You can enter free at the door and wait until 8:00pm to order food in the pub. Drinks can be ordered anytime throughout the evening.
