GORGE Presents: The Velvet Rope

Ruby Chopstix's The Velvet Rope is an all-BIPOC showcase featuring performances, panels, a business showcase, and more. It is a space to celebrate and experience the amazing talents and skills of our BIPOC community, as well as a space dedicated to that community where they can live their truth and feel safe.

GORGE is an annual celebration of the legacy and future of 2SLGBTQIA+ and drag-based art in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Treaty 1 Territory. GORGE strives to create accessible alternative spaces for individuals and families (chosen or otherwise) to engage in innovative queer programming.
