Girls Brunch Vibes is Winnipeg's multi-award nominated daytime dance experience for women... but it's so much More Than Mimosas.

It's a movement built around women amplifying women, feeling something real and remembering who you are. It's community, connection, confidence, playful self-expression and unapologetic main character energy. Because you don't need another night out, you need a dance floor that reminds you who you are.

Welcome to The Rhinestone Rodeo - the summer dance party that's a little yeehaw, a little disco cowgirl (obviously!) and a whole lotta getting your sparkle back. Expect the kind of morning that has you saying "OMG I needed this" and leaves you with memories you'll still be thinking about when the leaves start to turn.

Do I need to come with friends?

Not at all. Many women come solo, and it’s one of the most beautiful parts of the experience. Girls Brunch is intentionally designed to help women connect naturally, so whether you arrive solo or with friends, you’ll never feel alone here.

What are Brunch Bites?

Girls Brunch is not a meal, it's a vibe! And nobody comes to Girls Brunch to sit, which is why we have teamed up with Set the Bar (@setthebarwpg) to bring you Brunch Bites. Their Signature Charcuterie Cups are made for mingling and keeping you feeling light on the dance floor. The gluten friendly/vegan option may be requested when booking, for those who secure their spot a week before the event. We recommend arriving with a little fuel in your system.

What actually happens at Girls Brunch?

Girls Brunch flows between high-energy dance moments and intentional connection. Expect a wild and free PWR HR on the dance floor, guided sharing circles, time to mingle, and thoughtful touches that make the experience feel special and unique. No two events are ever the same, but the feeling when you leave is always consistent.

What if I don't drink alcohol?

Girls Brunch is not about consuming, it's about connecting. Over-consuming is not the vibe and we welcome any beverage preference and always have non-alc options!

Am I too old or too young?

Neither. Girls Brunch is designed for adult women and all female presenting folks of all ages to connect, move, and feel alive together. If this is calling to you, trust that feeling. Most of our community falls between their 30s–50s, but all adult women are welcome

Do I have to dress in the theme?

As long as you show up unapologetically as yourself, you can wear whatever you want. However, life does not give us enough opportunities to be playful and express ourselves in clothing, so we recommend you go for it!
