Our INDIE MIXTAPES are a panorama of what our Programming Committee deems to be the year’s most astounding, inventive, beautiful, mind-altering, and unexpected films out there. 

This year’s playlist includes stories from 9 different countries, an array of mediums and approaches, with creators ranging from emerging filmmakers to animation’s posthumous legends. Exploration in materials, political critiques, coming of age tales, and a dash of magical realism are all on the 2023 Side A hit-list.
