Description

Support your gut, calm your mind, reconnect—one breath at a time.

Gut health shapes more than digestion—it influences how we sleep, feel, and move through each day. In this guided session led by Jenna Scott, a Clinical Associate Professor in UBC’s Department of Medical Genetics, you’ll explore how movement can support these systems in a way that feels both grounded and accessible. Jenna’s work brings a deeper understanding of how our internal systems communicate—from genetics to gut health to the nervous system—offering a perspective rooted in both science and lived experience.

Through simple, intentional postures, we’ll gently stimulate the digestive organs, encourage healthy gut motility, and activate the vagus nerve—supporting the connection between gut and brain while helping the nervous system settle.

Expect a steady, grounding flow designed to support how your body processes, absorbs, and releases—paired with moments to slow down, tune in, and reconnect.
Open to all levels, this is a space to move with curiosity—no prior yoga experience needed.

Come as you are—explore at your pace.
