Description

Kat Gordon Planeism movement artist. Jesse Coker photographer of the Elements. Jim Wyman Oil Painter of Nature

Kat Gordon is an award winning artist who studied under Kathleen Byrnes, Lane Stanley and Paula Allard, Well known artists in RI

She has since developed her art into what she calls the Planeism movement, using techniques beyond Cubism and Orphism movements  to extend planes, create space and dimension using various media which include metal findings.

Jesse Coker

Is a URI graduate, an organic farmer, a Peace Corps Volunteer, a tradesman, and now a photographer. I’m also founding director of Joy of Community Foundation, 501(c)(3), which does community development work in the village where I lived for two years in Uganda. I am also a husband and a father, living in South Kingstown, RI.

My approach to photography is one in which I like to immerse myself in the elements so that I can bring those feelings I experience to the viewer. We live in a profoundly beautiful area - with dark skies, clean waters, and rich biodiversity. I consider it a privilege to capture these things with my camera and promote their conservation through it.

Jim Wyman

Is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and two years at RISD.

I have been drawing from a young age, encouraged and helped by my dad.  But it wasn’t until high school that I really began to paint and draw.

I have really enjoyed painting and hope to continue and grow in the art I create.
