GIRAF20: VICTORIA VINCENT - ARTIST RETROSPECTIVE

Join GIRAF20 visiting artist Victoria Vincent (Vewn) at the Quickdraw studios for a retrospective of films and an accompanying artist talk from this prolific contemporary animator. 

Vewn is a contemporary animator and director with over 20 short films in her filmography, including previous GIRAF festival favourites Cat City (2017), Twins in Paradise (2020), as well as Nothing to Hide (Bad Kids Stuff) (2023). She has collaborated with Jonni Peppers @jonnipeppers and worked with the animation production company titmouse.Her distorted environments and beautifully existential-chaotic plots have resonated with her audience resulting in over 80 million views on YouTube and 250k followers on Instagram.
