GIRAF20 SHORTS: NORTHERN NEW WAVE

A celebration of Canadian animation from coast to coast to coast welcoming first time filmmakers (GJ De Los Santos, Emiliano Aguayo Diaz, Mide Kadiri), the National Film Board Hothouse residency program standouts (Michelle Ku, Cameron Kletke, Jenny Yujia Shi), as well as the Quickdraw Animation Society’s’ very own producing members (Vicky Xingyu Gu, Dylon Klemen-Herrell). These films present a quirky fresh take on intimate tales of family, childhood memories, and an affinity to belong; but are executed with the craft of seasoned pros. Feel the electricity of the new age agitated feel.
