FUNNY AS PUCK COMEDY in Belleville Ontario

On Saturday June 7th Ottawa native Brian Patafie will be coming to Shoeless Joes in Belleville with his FUNNY AS PUCK show 2025. Just four years ago Brian finished a forty four year career as an athletic trainer in professional hockey including almost twenty years with the Calgary Flames. He also spent two years in Frankfurt Germany with the Lowen Frankfurt (Frankfurt Lions). Brian kept notes and following his hockey career he turned those notes into a standup comedy routine and has shared not only his hockey stories but his dysfunctional life stories all across North America as well as on a multi city multi show tour of the United Kingdom back in October of 2022. Brian was asked by Ken Reid on Sportsnet why he left the Flames back in 1999 and Brian's trademark reply was "medical reasons....management got sick of me!"
