Fundays in the Neighbourhood: A Night at a Museum!

What is Funday in the Neighbourhood? Have you ever wanted to see a show described as “Mr Rogers after dark”? Funday is a show featuring local actor and comedian John Hannah exploring the ins, outs, peoples, places, vibes, moods and talents from around our neighbourhood. Co-hosted by a skeleton puppet named Slappy, and musical director Julien Amar, every show goes off the rails in delightful new ways. Some shows have featured musical guests, game shows, epic music videos, stand up comedy, an introduction to bird watching, and even improv. Put the FUN in your day, and who knows, you might even make a friend while you’re here!

Our Covid 19 Safety Protocols

For the safety of our guests and performers we make sure that the following are done before each show.

• Assigned seating has been arranged based on Vancouver Coastal Health guidelines.
• Daily sanitation/disinfection before shows of all hard surfaces. 
• Installation of plexiglass barriers in some areas for added safety. 
• An alternate entrance and box office for our theatre guests. 
• Our ventilation system will stay on throughout the performance. 

For the safety of our guests and performers we would ask that you:

• Do not attend the performance if you are feeling ill, or symptomatic of Covid 19. 
• Please be sure to keep distance from our other guests and performers. 
• Hand sanitizer is available at the front for you to use as you arrive. 
• We would ask that you wear a mask during the performance. 
• We would ask that you follow these guidelines, and be respectful of our staff.
