From Concept to Company: A Startup Workshop Series

Are you just getting started? Do you have an idea, working on a product or thinking about raising capital - but don’t know where to start? If you answered yes to any of those questions, we can help!

This 8-week workshop series is designed to help founders build a strong set of principles to support growth. Each Wednesday for 8 weeks you’ll participate in a variety of instructor-led presentations, open floor discussions and networking. You’ll develop a deep understanding of what it takes to build a startup and be given the tools to develop and execute a plan specifically targeted to your business. 

We’ll cover:

• What is a startup 
• How to develop your product and define the opportunity ahead of you 
• How to build your first business plan and what you should include 
• How to test your idea in the early days 
• What it means to build something that someone will love
• Understanding what motivates people to invest in startups

The course includes eight, one-hour weekly workshops followed by peer discussion. Participants will receive access to online resources for them to reference during the course and in the future.
