Immerse yourself in a truly French dining experience all whilst helping the local elementary school students of L’ecole La Passerelle at this annual fundraiser dinner.
A night of true French culture, you’ll be taken away to on a culinary tour of France in a warm setting, listening to modern French music, all the while enjoying a four-course delectable meal of traditional French cuisine paired with a taste of BC’s finest wines.
You will get the chance to participate in different fund-raising activities such as our always popular silent auction, live auction and other fun activities aimed at raising funds for extra curricular for the children of L’ecole La Passerelle.
Our chef for the evening:
Neal Harkins is the Executive Chef at The Whistler Conference Centre. Neal has been the Executive Chef at the Whistler Conference Center since November 1, 2007. Prior to this role Neal has trained in the hotel industry working at The Palace Hotel San Francisco, Sheraton Bahamas, Westin Seattle, Westin Toronto, Fairmont Banff Spring Hotel and The Westin Whistler. Neal’s culinary experience is well diverse in many culinary styles through his travels.
