Come play at The Forum - We're hosting a FREE evening, and we'd love to have you come see what we're all about over here! 

 

Aerial Silks - 5-6pm

A playful, inclusive aerial class designed for anyone who wants to move, explore, and learn aerial at their own pace. This class welcomes kids, teens, and adults in the same space, making it a great option for families or students who enjoy a diverse training environment.

Participants will work on age‑appropriate skills across a variety of apparatuses, with instructors offering individualized guidance to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged.

Because this is an open‑age, open‑level class, students must be comfortable sharing the studio with participants who may be significantly older or younger than themselves.

Partner Acrobatics - 6-7pm

Come solo or bring a partner. In this instructed class, we explore foundational movements, balance, and communication through partner acrobatics in a relaxed, supportive environment. You’ll be guided through skills, transitions, and partner connection with an emphasis on safety, trust, and clear communication.

After class, stay to connect, share, and unwind with our growing acro community.

Open Play - 7-8pm

Open Play is your access to explore all things Forum. Run the warped wall, get a workout in, play on the silks, climb the rope, or move however feels good in your body.

This is a self-led, unstructured session. Participants must be familiar with the apparatuses they choose to use. This is not an instructed class. It’s simply time and space for you to practice, explore, and play in a way that feels aligned for you. 

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and your curiosity.
