Ready to punch stress in the face and boost your confidence? Learn the basics of boxing with former professional boxer Kandi Wyatt and Canadian National Champion Jessica Sparrow. Get a glimpse of what it takes to be a boxer, learn the fundamentals of the sport, and leave with a solid 1-2 punch!

✨ Get to know your instructors:

Kandi "Krush" Wyatt is a Mohkinstsís/Calgary-based boxer with a 15-year amateur career (49-7-0), earning 10 provincial and 6 national titles. She turned pro in 2014, achieved a 13-6-0 record, became a four-time world title contender, and won the WBA Intercontinental Championship in 2023.

Jessica is an active amateur boxer with over 80 bouts. She has competed in many countries around the world, and was the 2023 Canadian National Champion. Jessica was the first female president of Boxing Alberta, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of The Calgary Boxing Club.
