How to Redeem Your Package

Step 1: Purchase your Package

Step 2: Log in to your Showpass account.

Step 3: Click “Credits” in your account dashboard.

Step 4: Copy your unique credit code.

Step 5: Use your credit code to redeem tickets to applicable shows

Please note: Each credit in a package must be applied to a unique show date (you cannot use your credits for multiple tickets to the same performance). Package credits do not guarantee admission to a specific show. Credits must be redeemed for individual show tickets, and all ticket redemptions are subject to availability. Don’t sit on your credits—popular shows can sell out, so redeem early for the best selection. This package is valid for the 2026/27 Rapid Fire Season, and cannot be redeemed after June 30th, 2027.
