⛺Want a chance to get to know your fellow KINners at UBC? Join the KUS at our annual Kin Camp trip for a weekend of exciting games and team-building challenges. Activities are led and organized by students just like yourself to help ease your transition into the community. This trip is independently operated by your UBC Kinesiology Undergraduate Society who are super excited to meet you! We can’t wait to see you join us for  an unforgettable weekend full of games, activities, dancing, and fun so come discover what it means to be a KIN student at UBC, you don’t wanna miss out! ☀️🏕️ 

⛺KIN Camp 2026 is an incredible 3-day adventure exclusively for new KIN students to connect with other fellow Kinners! Kick off your UBC KIN experience from September 11-13 by taking a bus up to the beautiful Squamish Valley Campgrounds. You will be split into different coloured teams led by your team leaders who will guide you through various team-building activities created to enhance your academics, social connections, and your involvement in the KINmunity. Brace yourself for the challenge of competing against other teams, striving to claim the title of KIN Camp Champions! Unwind from the busy day by sleeping in a cozy tent and getting served delicious meals prepared by your fellow leaders and executives.

⛺Whether you are a first year or a transfer student, this experience is tailored for you to forge deep connections with other Kinners and meet your future lifelong friends within the KINmunity. Engage in various activities throughout the duration of the camp, promoting inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging, all while ensuring a fun and safe environment!

Who: Any first-year and transfer kinesiology undergraduate students

Where: Squamish Valley Campground

When: September 11th (2:00pm) - September 13th (5:00pm) 

Why: To build lifelong KINnections, and have an unforgettable weekend!

Transit: Buses will be provided for all attending campers for transit to and from Squamish

Cost: $175 - includes transit, tents, meals and snacks on Saturday and Sunday, exclusive KIN Camp T-Shirt and a KINtastic weekend creating long lasting friendships!
