GSS Orientation 2026: Pancake Brunch

Start off your journey to UBC right with a free brunch from the Graduate Student Society! Sleep in and join us between 10:00am-12:00pm to enjoy some pancakes with your fellow graduate students and GSS Executives. 

If you are interested in attending a campus tour they will begin at 12:00pm starting from Thea's Lounge.

Date: Friday, September 4, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (NOTE: Please book for the half hour block you intend on arriving. In order to make sure as many students as possible can enjoy the brunch, please select only one time block.)

Location: Thea’s Lounge, Thea Koerner House

Notes:

• Please reserve your spot online as space in Thea’s Lounge is limited!
• If you have any dietary concerns or accessibility concerns please contact us at the email addresses below.
• If you book for multiple time slots you may receive an email requesting to pick a single slot.
• Campus tours will begin at the end of the brunch (12:00pm). If you have an early slot booked you are welcome to return at noon for the tours.
