Welcome to Golden Retriever Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Toronto. This is an hour of beginner-friendly yoga alongside a small group of Golden Retriever puppies who have absolutely no idea what a yoga mat is for and are very excited to investigate yours.

Golden Retrievers are famously warm, social, and completely incapable of ignoring a human who looks like they need cheering up. Expect wiggles, face nudges, and at least one puppy who decides your lap is the best place in the room.
