Welcome to Golden Retriever Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Hamilton/Stoney Creek. This is an outdoor session at Vinemont Estate, which means fresh air, golden puppies, and a yoga class that moves at the pace of whatever the puppies decide is happening next.

Goldens are famously social, gentle, and eager to be wherever the people are. As puppies they have approximately zero chill, which means they will investigate your mat, your water bottle, your hair, and your downward dog with equal enthusiasm. They are also very soft. This is the main thing to know.

Families and kids

Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care.
