Comedy for a Cause Smiley Thompson's Memorial Slo-Pitch presented by Players Choice

Comedy for a Cause brings together some of Kelowna’s funniest comedians for a great night of stand-up supporting the Smiley Thompson Memorial Slo-Pitch Tournament.

The tournament honours the memory of Alex Thompson, affectionately known as Smiley because of his unforgettable, infectious smile. This special comedy show is an opportunity to celebrate Alex’s memory while supporting the memorial tournament held in his name.

Hosting the evening is Logan Bligh, one of the fastest-rising names in British Columbia comedy. Logan has performed at the Kelowna Comedy Festival and Vancouver’s legendary Comedy Underground, while winning both Comedy Bloodsport and the Fraser Valley Comedy Competition. Love him or hate him, you can’t deny him—the new face of comedy is Logan Bligh!

The evening’s feature act is Chris Reinhardt, a powerhouse performer who has hosted the Kelowna Comedy Festival, won the Ogopogo Comedy Challenge and become a fan favourite at Vancouver’s Comedy Underground. The people have spoken: Chris Reinhardt is the future of Canadian comedy.

Logan and Chris will be joined by several other talented comedians, making this a full evening of stand-up featuring a variety of voices and styles.
