And one big twist, you won’t know who’s playing until they hit the stage. A limited number of tickets available for this exclusive, legendary long weekend creating an unforgettable and truly unique festival experience. The festival is held at Gord Bamford's private property.

This fully curated weekend brings together incredible live music, warm hospitality, camping, fantastic food vendors, and an intimate atmosphere unlike anything you will experience at a traditional large-scale festival.

TRANSPORTATION & SHUTTLE INFORMATION

VIP Ultimate Packages: No shuttle service is required, as VIP Ultimate Package guests will be camping directly on-site at Gord Bamford’s private property, where the festival is being held.

General Admission Camping: Guests camping at the Bashaw Ag Society grounds will receive complimentary shuttle service to and from the festival site throughout the weekend.

IMPORTANT TICKET & CAMPING INFORMATION

Travelling with family or friends and sharing one camper?

You only need one camping reservation per camping unit.

Each additional person staying in the same camper must have the appropriate Adult, Youth or complimentary Child festival admission ticket.

Bringing a second camper, trailer or RV?

A separate camping reservation is required for each camping unit.

Festival Hours

• Shuttle service to the festival begins at 6:30 p.m. each evening
• Festival gates open at 7:00 p.m. 
• Return shuttle service begins at 11:00 p.m and continues until 2:00 a.m.
• These hours apply Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Friday, September 3: Kick-Off Party

Saturday, September 4: Mystery Artist Performances

Sunday, September 5: Final Night of Mystery Artist Performances

Monday, September 6: Campers must depart by 12:00 PM (noon)

Camping

• Camping directly on Gord Bamford's private property is reserved exclusively for designated VIP & Sponsorship Packages.
• General Admission ticket holders will camp at the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds and use the complimentary festival shuttle service
• Weekend camping stall: $125 plus fees
• Single-night camping stall: $60 plus fees
• One reservation covers one designated camping stall for one camping unit
• Camping sites are non-serviced site, with no power or water hook ups. Limited showers and washroom facilities.
• Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Bashaw Ag Grounds and the festival site. 
• Advance camping reservations are required
• Camping check-in begins at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3rd
• All campers must depart by 12:00 p.m (noon) on Monday, Sept. 6, 2027

Youth and Family Information

• Youth admission applies to guests ages 13 to 17
• General Admission children 12 and under are free, a registered showpass ticket is required for each child
• All guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children
• Identification may be requested to confirm eligibility for youth admission upon arrival to the festival site

Hotel Accommodations

• Accommodations are available in Ponoka, Stettler, and Camrose
• Guests are responsible for transportation between their hotel and the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds. Complimentary festival shuttle service will operate between the Bashaw Agriculture Grounds and the festival site. 
• All guests must park at the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds and use the festival shuttle
• Personal vehicles cannot be driven directly to the private concert site
• Early hotel reservations are strongly recommended

FAQs

Where is the festival being held?

The festival is being hosted on Gord Bamford’s private property near Bashaw, Alberta. Guests will park at the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds and receive complimentary shuttle service to and from the festival site.

Who is performing?

That is the mystery. The artist lineup will not be announced in advance. Each artist will be revealed only when they take the stage.

Is the festival only country music?

Canadian Dirt is built around an incredible country music experience, with a carefully curated mix of artists, musical styles, and surprises throughout the weekend.

How many people can attend?

A limited number of tickets are available for this long weekend creating an intimate and exclusive festival experience.

Are day passes available?

Yes. Passes are available for the Friday Kick-Off Party, Saturday, and Sunday. Youth day passes are also available.

Can children & youth attend?

Yes. Children 12 and under are FREE, however, each child must have their own registered ticket through Showpass. Youth ages 13 - 17 require a Youth pass and MUST be accompanied by an adult. 

Is camping included?

Camping is included with all Long Weekend Pass purchases. Camping check-in begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Guests with a Long Weekend Pass must check out and depart the campground by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, September 6.

Camping is not included with Kickoff Party or Single-Day Passes. One-night and three-night camping options are available for purchase separately.  For individual nightly camping reservations, check-in begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon), with checkout required by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the following day. All camping sites are located at the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds and must be reserved in advance.

Are the camping sites serviced?

No. Camping stalls are non-serviced, with no power, water, or sewer hookups. Limited shower and washroom facilities will be available.

Can I camp directly at the festival site on Gord Bamford's private property?

Camping on Gord Bamford's private property is reserved exclusively for designated VIP and Sponsorship Packages. General Admission camping is located at the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds, with complimentary shuttle service provided to and from the private festival site.

Can I drive directly to the festival?

No. Guests must park at the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds and use the festival shuttle to reach the private Concert Bowl.

If my family is staying together in one camper, does everyone need to purchase a camping spot?

No. One camping reservation is required per camping unit. Each person staying in the camper must have the appropriate Adult, Youth or complimentary Child festival admission ticket.

If your group is bringing more than one camper, trailer or RV, a separate camping reservation is required for each camping unit.

Is shuttle service included?

Yes. Shuttle service between the Bashaw Agricultural Grounds and the Concert Bowl is included with festival admission.

Can I bring a lawn chair?

Yes. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. Please clearly label it with your full name before arriving.

What happens if it rains?

The festival will proceed rain or shine. A covered structure will be available in the event of inclement weather for the concert bowl.

Can I bring my own food or alcohol?

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Food and beverage vendors will be available on site. Additional information about permitted outside food and water will be provided to ticket holders before the festival.

Will food and beverages be available?

Yes. Food and beverage vendors will be available throughout the festival. Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price.

Can I leave and return?

Re-entry policies and daily wristband requirements will be communicated to ticket holders before the festival.

When will I receive the final event details?

Ticket holders will receive additional arrival, parking, camping, and shuttle information by email before the festival.

What to Bring

Guests are encouraged to bring:

• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Your Showpass ticket, either printed or available on your phone
• A lawn chair clearly labelled with your full name
• Clothing suitable for changing weather conditions
• A jacket or warm layers for the evening
• Comfortable footwear
• Sunscreen
• Insect repellent
• A reusable empty water bottle, subject to security inspection
• Any required personal medication
• A portable phone charger
• Cash or a payment card for food, beverages, and merchandise

Please pack lightly, as all guests and their belongings will be travelling to and from the Concert Bowl by shuttle.

Lawn Chairs and Chair Identification

Guests are required to bring their own lawn chairs. We recommend labeling your chair with your name & contact information so it's easy to identify throughout the weekend. 

Since guests will be travelling by shuttle with their chairs, all lawn chairs should be clearly labelled with the guest’s full name before arriving.

Festival Rules

To help create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• All guests must have a valid ticket
• Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Wristbands must be worn at all times and cannot be transferred
• Guests must use the designated parking and shuttle system
• No unauthorized vehicles are permitted at the private Concert Bowl
• No outside alcohol is permitted
• No illegal drugs or controlled substances are permitted
• No weapons, fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials are permitted
• No glass containers are permitted
• No professional photography, video, or recording equipment without prior approval and are permitted only with the appropriate credentials
• No drones are permitted
• No pets are permitted, with the exception of certified service animals
• Guests must respect the property, festival staff, artists, volunteers, and other attendees
• Camping and festival areas must be kept clean
• All bags and personal belongings may be subject to security inspection
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct

Rain or Shine

Canadian Dirt Mystery Music Fest will proceed rain or shine.

Guests should dress appropriately for the weather. A covered structure in the concert bowl will be available in the event of inclement weather so guests can continue enjoying the festival comfortably.

Weather conditions do not qualify for a ticket refund.
