Calendar Girls is a British stage play (and musical) by Tim Firth, based on a true story, where members of a Women’s Institute in Yorkshire, England, create a nude calendar to raise money for leukemia research after a member’s husband dies. The story follows their journey from suburban life to unexpected fame, testing their friendships and personal lives.

Innisfail Town Theater was formed by a group of local theatre enthusiasts in 1979.  Since then, we've staged over 75 plays in the Town of Innisfail and surrounding communities.

We produce two plays per year, one in late fall, the other in the spring.
