Brewery & the Beast Tickets are your inclusive pass to an exceptional day of food, beverage and live entertainment. Event tickets provide guests with unlimited access to the best chefs in Calgary and all of their delicious creations, as well as all non-alcoholic beverages. Eight (8) x tickets for full size pours of craft beer, cocktails, cider, hard teas, hard seltzers, and wine are also included in the ticket price. One (1) ticket = One (1) beverage of your choice.

What can I expect?

• THE FOOD: 50+ of Calgary and Alberta's best chefs will be cooking incredible meat-focused dishes with locally sourced proteins and ingredients. Savour as many dishes as you want, it's all included! Visit our website to see who will be cooking at the festival. 
• THE DRINKS: Beer, Cider, Seltzers & Hard Teas = 12oz, Cocktails = 1oz, Wine = 3oz. No sample size drinks here!
• Live Entertainment: local musicians and DJ's perform throughout the day.
• The Venue: The Confluence (formerly Fort Calgary) offers a spacious outdoor setting to wander and graze in the heart of downtown Calgary.

Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free reign to be bold, innovate and creative while preparing their dishes over open fire. Beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, chicken, elk, rabbit, duck and wild boar are featured in the chefs dishes, and are prepared using traditional and innovative techniques that involve live fire cooking, whole animal roasts, smoking, braising and grilling.
