Alberta Game Jam 2026

September 25-27 @ Platform Innovation Centre (Friday) / Alexandra Dance Hall (Saturday-Sunday)

What to expect:

• 🎯 Theme revealed at launch to zap you with creativity

• 🤝 Networking with other artists, musicians, and programmers to click with! 

• 🍕 Light snacks to munch and crunch (lunch and breakfast snacks provided)

What's new??

• 🧑‍⚖️ Panel of special guest judges to select a winner

• 🚪🎁 Door prizes! We'll be giving away a couple of passes to the Royal Tyrell Museum during the games showcase on Sunday the 27th! 

What's to bring??

• 🖥️ Any equipment you need to contribute in your way.. whether that's a computer, a tablet, or pad of paper

• 😄 Good vibes and creativity

6:00 PM - Opening remarks & Theme reveal

Saturday @ Alexandra Dance Hall
10:00 AM - Coffee & breakfast
1:00 PM - Lunch (sandwiches)
10:00 PM - Time to go home and get some rest!

Sunday @ Alexandra Dance Hall
10:00 AM - Coffee & breakfast
1:00 PM - Lunch (pizza)
3:30 PM - Games due!
4:00 PM - Public showcase (No tickets required to attend this!)
6:00 PM - That's all folks! Time to go home
