Description

Nature immersion is the practice of bringing your attention to the sensory experience of the natural world, from the sound of wind through the trees to the feeling of soft ground underfoot. Led by Monica Sander Burns, founder of Society of Trees and a certified Forest Therapy Guide, this guided experience invites you to slow down and reconnect through presence and awareness.

Engaging with nature in this way activates our innate biophilic response, supporting shifts in how we feel, think, and relate to others. Through guided stillness, sensory awareness, and intentional rest, this session offers space for mental clarity, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

Monica’s approach is rooted in restoring depleted energy, supporting overwhelmed systems, and rekindling a sense of wonder, curiosity, and connection. Her work has been recognized globally, reflecting a deep commitment to creating meaningful, nature-based experiences that support lasting wellbeing.
